Under the Editorial Universitat de Barcelona and with a prologue by Jaime Casas Pla, Dr. Josep Boatella publishes the book entitled "Antecedents of the dietetic industry in Spain. Food-medicines", in which he makes a historical and graphic compilation of dietetic preparations, from the second half of the 19th century to the present day. Likewise, this book aims to give recognition to the pioneering professionals of the dietetic and food industry in our country.
