The Food Campus of Torribera hosted the first day of sessions, in which experts from academia, catering and the social fabric participated. The rector Joan Guàrdia and the mayoress Nuria Parlon were in charge of the opening ceremony of the conference, in which young researchers from INSA-UB also participated as speakers.
