The Workshop will feature two round tables with presentations of great interest, such as sustainability of animal and plant production, organic versus non-organic products, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and healthy and sustainable food, the role of cities in sustainable food, among many others.
The event will be in person with limited capacity and will be broadcast in streaming to all those who are previously registered.
