On June 15, the Director of the ENA and the PhD students illustrated the new Master to the Secretary General of the Moroccan Ministry of Agriculture.
The presentation was very well received by the authorities of the Ministry of Agriculture, who appreciated the specialization in olive products, given the growing importance given to the valorization of their by-products.
The Master in Food Safety of the project, in which many researchers of our Institute are actively participating, is getting closer and closer to see the light!
