From July 17 to 22, will be held in Barcelona the first face-to-face training workshop for Moroccan professors who are part of the European project FoSaMed (Enhancing Food Safety in the Mediterranean). The main objective of this project is the implementation of a Master's Degree in Food Safety in 4 Moroccan universities, with the collaboration of professors-researchers from 3 European universities with recognized experience in this field, including the University of Barcelona.

In this workshop, the Moroccan professors will receive mainly practical laboratory training and dynamic training sessions designed to transmit knowledge and techniques that can later be implemented in the Master's Degree in Food Safety. INSA-UB professor-researchers are actively collaborating with this project.
