Lasting from January 2021 to January 2024, the FoSaMed project brings together Moroccan Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) that promote inclusive education through curriculum development and teacher training in food safety, namely the Institut Agronomique et Vétérinaire Hassan II (IAV), the Escola Nacional d'Agricultura (ENA), the Universitat Ibn Tofail (IBN) and the Universitat Mohamed I (UMP), supported by the project coordinator, the Universitat d'Évora (UEVORA), together with the Universitat de Barcelona (UB) and the Unió d'Universitats del Mediterrani (UNIMED).
