Ajut Organització Workshop Oli d’Oliva 2017

INSA-UB supports the organization of the "III Workshop Oli d’Oliva 2017: Anàlisi sensorial: situació actual i nous reptes" (veure programa), which will be held in Barcelona on the 19th September 2017. The Workshop will aim at debating on the current limitations of sensorial analysis and sharing strategies to counteract these limitations, bringing together the Oil sector, researchers and entities that are in charge of regulation, inspection and control of olive oil.
